We recommend that you spend between one to two hours on homework for each hour that you spend covering lesson material.
This means you should set aside around four to eight hours for homework for each lesson and workshop.
The time that you spend on homework is also affected by the homework set size you choose and how much time you spend reviewing your work.
We encourage you to pick your homework set size according to the amount of time you have and how much practice you feel you need.
Just remember that the homework will adapt to your performance as you work through it, so more you do, the more our system can adjust the question difficulty to your skill level.
You should take as long as you need to really focus on the material, and be sure to take breaks along the way. Don't pressure yourself to move too quickly (especially in the beginning of your studies). And, as you go through the work, be sure to review anything that you miss or guess on.
