Our greatest concern is making sure that you are totally satisfied with your Blueprint experience. This is why we offer a ten day satisfaction guarantee for the online course.
If you enroll in the online course and, for any reason, are not satisfied, just notify us in writing within ten (10) calendar days of your purchase.
You can reach us at email@example.com. Once your request is received, we will email you a prepaid FedEx return label. Returned course materials must be received no later than thirty (30) calendar days after submission of the written refund request. Refunds will be credited to the original account after the course materials are received by Blueprint. Please note that it usually takes five to ten business days after a refund is processed before it posts to the cardholder’s account.
After the ten satisfaction guarantee day period, online course enrollments are no longer eligible for a refund of any kind. Online course enrollments cannot be transferred to another person or a live course, and cannot be used for future subscription periods for any reason (including lack of use of the online resources or textbooks). Since the subscription is billed based on monthly access rather than account usage, it is the student's responsibility to stop their subscription if they no longer wish to use the online course.
